Managing the design, development and distribution of a novel Coca-Cola calendar for 2010 in Colombia. The most representative P.O.P. (Point of Purchase Material) the company distributes at the beginning of every year. 


My Contributions


  • Generate the P.O.P. production plan.

  • Managing the calendar's open design process.

  • Negotiating design and printing schedule with suppliers.

  • Administer distribution channels and logistics.

  • Orchestrate distribution nationwide (17 cities) and reach stores before competitors.
